6:00pm Dinner = Grilled steak with tomatoes, peppers, and onions wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla with cheddar cheese and black beans. Side salad of raw spinach.

Tuna steak with stir-fried mixed veggies in olive oil with Soba noodles
9:00pm Snack = 8 oz. glass whole milk. Large handful of raw almonds.
Note:
- If you don't tolerate dairy products, you can substitute skimmed milk for soya or rice milk.
- If you are on a gluten-free diet, substitute rice bread or wheat-free bread for wholegrain bread. These foods are widely available in the organic section of your local supermarket.
